Founded by Acupuncturist and Spiritual Life Coach Carine Camara, and guided by her mantra “Be Your Beloved Self,” CARRINNA meets you where you are, helping move your Qi from chaos to peace, from blocked to flowing, from depleted to replenished.
Carine is an intuitive acupuncturist and heart centered healer with 15 years of practice. She brings deep respect for the body’s own wisdom, blending traditional Chinese Medicine with spiritual practice to care for the whole person. A central part of her work is changing how we think about aging, encouraging clients to meet each stage of life with more self-love and less fear.
She has a particular focus on supporting people through perimenopause and menopause, though her practice welcomes clients of all genders. Through Heart Energy is Qi, she works to calm an overworked nervous system, release stagnant energy along the body’s meridians, and help love function as medicine.
From her practice in downtown Lafayette, in the East Bay, Carine offers acupuncture sessions that may include facial rejuvenation, spiritual coaching, intuitive energy work, cupping, gua sha, and abdominal therapy, all aimed at supporting your body’s natural ability to heal.
Through CARRINNA, Heart Energy is Qi isn’t just a philosophy. It’s a practice you live, the path toward becoming your most Beloved Self.
